Marketing Strategist

Our marketing strategist will develop creative, targeting, channels, timing, and reporting for our marketing campaigns.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns by choosing tactics, channel strategies, and timing through all elements of the marketing mix
• Drive the timelines, budget, strategy, and cross channel alignment for campaigns
• Develop and manage the go to market plans that drive consistency in our tone and message across all channels
• Work with internal and external creative and media partners to deliver business objectives
• Demonstrate great relationship building skills inside and outside our organization and look for growth opportunities
• Integrate top insights around customer needs and tie those to offers and brand positioning communications
• Create communication strategies to effectively reach target audiences
• Demonstrate Arkansas Federal Credit Union's core values and perform any other related job duties as required or assigned

Education and Experience :

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other related field and five (5) years of professional experience in direct marketing strategy and reporting. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
