What You Will Experience In This Position :

• Lead, develop and empower sourcing team members. Create a culture that champions continuous learning and individual growth.
• Responsible for the development of category strategies for our critical Metals category; bring bold ideas and passion for building strategic partnerships.
• Support high visibility, innovative projects and acquisitions.
• Manage strong supplier relationships to build a mature and resilient supply base to support high-growth businesses. Negotiate agreements and contracts.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with relevant partners, including product development, sales, planning, manufacturing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Drives continuous improvement to deliver against productivity, resiliency and process improvement goals.

Pay Transparency nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range : $146,300.00 - $271,700.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
