About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Ecommerce Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives in Generative AI / Machine Learning . This role is critical to our digital transformation efforts and require strong project leadership, Agile expertise, and proficiency in Atlassian tools.
You’ll oversee cross-functional teams and drive execution across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can quickly integrate into complex environments and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Gen AI / ML or Personalization projects from planning through execution.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, budgets, milestones, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, and Business teams to ensure alignment.
- Manage risks, cross-team dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and serve as Scrum Master when needed.
- Use JIRA (including Advanced Roadmaps) and Confluence for project tracking and reporting.
- Apply insights from past projects to improve delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
