Seasonal Guest Engagement Specialist
Fantastic Knoxville company is seeking a Seasonal Guest Engagement Specialist! This is a great opportunity to work for top tier retail client in a first class facility!! This candidate is responsible for providing world class guest service by responding promptly and empathetically to inquiries and efficiently resolving issues. Pay : $17.00 / hr
Key Responsibilities :
- Promptly and professionally respond to guests needs via multi-line phone system, email, chat and SMS
- Simultaneously utilize multiple computer screens and programs to quickly research and resolve problems
- Address customer inquiries while striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible
- Carefully analyze and evaluate situations in order to offer appropriate solutions
- Escalate complex issues to higher levels of support or management when necessary
- Develop and sustain a working knowledge of each brand's merchandise offering
- Assist guests with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and handling billing inquiries
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, feedback, and resolutions, to be used for future reference
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures when handling personal information of the guest
