Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer support across all products and services in the USA and Canada
Manage onboarding, set-up, and ongoing account administration in collaboration with service delivery areas
Provide performance reporting and contribute to the optimization of account management frameworks
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Significant experience in a customer support and / or university administrative role
Knowledge and experience of recruiting international students to US institutions
Bachelor's degree
Commercially astute with a focus on outcomes and performance reporting
Experience in a complex multi-product sales and service environment
