- Help students through speech-language therapy services
- Nurture relationships with students in our clinic and in their schools
- Complete evaluations, write reports, and contribute to IEP teams as needed
- Communicate regularly with families, our team, and school staff

- Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Wisconsin DPI license required (in progress or already obtained)
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CF wtih strong school or pediatric experience may be considered)
- Prior school-based or clinic-based experience preferred
- At least one year of clinical work as an SLP
- At least one year of clinical work in a public school setting
- Comfort with virtual service delivery and basic tech platforms
- Communication Skills : Communicating clearly and respectfully with coworkers, parents, school staff, and students
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom hosting
- Familiarity with Canva and at least two school record management systems (e.g., SEIS, RSM, GoIDEA, etc.)
- Organizational Skills : Managing schedules, appointments, and resources efficiently
- Problem-Solving Ability : Creatively and independently seeking solutions to challenges that arise related to the clinical services process
- Team Building : Fostering a collaborative and cohesive team culture through a positive approach to challenges, encouraging team members, and sharing resources
- Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changes, whether they are related to contract scheduling, technology, student assignments, and other areas of the clinical services process
- Professionalism : Maintaining a high level of professionalism including areas of ethical behavior, confidentiality, and adherence to clinic and school policies
- Continuous Learning : Staying informed about advancements in school-based speech therapy, literacy instruction, communication
