Internships

The Sand Valley Internship Program is designed to take learning beyond the classroom. Interns gain hands-on experience across golf course maintenance, PGA golf operations, culinary arts, hospitality management, and administrative functions. Along the way, they develop practical skills, explore career paths, and build confidence while working alongside industry professionals. Our goal is to create a meaningful experience that prepares each intern for the next step in their journey.

What We Look For

A positive attitude, genuine care for others, and a humble approach

Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative

Commitment to the time and effort required in running a world-class golf resort

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-moving team environment

Willingness to listen, adapt, and complete tasks with excellence

Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid drivers license

Preference is given to those pursuing a 6-month internship
