Position Overview :

The Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for reviewing bid specifications, drawings, and project requirements to ensure accurate and timely proposals. This role works closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to develop competitive bids, ensure scope coverage, and facilitate a seamless handoff to procurement and project management.

Key Responsibilities :

Bid Administration

• Prepare and manage subcontractor bid receipt logs
• Solicit bids and communicate with vendors / subcontractors
• Assemble and distribute bid packages
• Track bid deadlines and submit proposals on time
• Maintain organized electronic records and bid tracking sheets
