Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Portage, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

• Minimum experience : 2+ years home health experience, preferred
• Must have travel experience
• Required Certifications : AHA BLS, Active WI or Compact license, Valid Driver's license, OASIS cert a PLUS
• RADIUS RULE : Must be outside of 50 miles from Portage, WI - expires 9 / 26
• Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 38 with flex to 40 hours per week
• Shift requirement : 8 hr variables days, Roughly 8a-430p, but depending on census there may be flexibility to start and end times
• Weekend rotation is every 3rd- 4th weekend currently. The range is every 4-6. holiday rotation
• Floating Requirements : at times, when there is a low patient census, possibility of floating to other territories to assist when needed
• REQUIRED EDUCATION : Associate Degree or Certificate
