Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative will work with existing and prospective customers to advance the sales process, close new business, ensure a smooth sales process and achieve / assist in the achievement of monthly sales goals.

Job Responsibilities
- Make 80 - 100 outbound sales calls per day to prospective customers to sell and schedule services.
- Receive and respond to incoming calls and emails.
- Develop rapport over the phone with prospects.
- Explain service programs and agreements, answer questions.
- Close new business.
- Fill out service agreements, obtain proper signatures and receive payment.
- Use software to schedule service appointments.
- Use software system to research calls, route calls, and process and successfully resolve customer needs.
- Perform data entry while on call, i.e. update account information and make call notes.
- Respond to customer emails.
- Communicate with Field Technicians and Customer Service Representatives daily.
General Qualifications
Ability to make a large amount of outbound sales calls.Ability to receive a large volume of inbound calls.Ability to sell.Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.Excellent listening skills.Must be able to overcome objections.Must be able to ask probing questions.Must have or be able to learn sales principles, techniques, methods and practices.Must have or be able to learn company and industry products and services.Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.Ability to work individually or as part of a team.Possess general computer skills, type by touch with reasonably high typing speed.Ability to use / learn scheduling software, phone system, Outlook, etc.Ability to collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain open communication for a positive and effective work culture.Must have or be able to pass the GA Department of Agriculture Employee Registration Exam.Positive out-going team player.Pestban is a drug-free workplace, and an equal opportunity employer.
