IT ASSET MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST - HYBRID

Overview

ALTA IT Services is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to work for a government contractor in Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your skills to the table and learn new skills.

Compensation : $25-30 / HR W-2

Contractor Work Model : Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Support projects and the daily operations of IT Asset Management
• Software Asset Management
• Obtain and conduct initial review of End User License Agreements (EULAs)
• Creation and maintenance of software product, model and entitlement records
• Assistance with internal compliance audits and mitigation
• Vendor Management
• Determine the appropriate vendors for acquiring a particular product or service
• Request quotes
• Obtain W-8BEN from foreign vendors as required by laboratory policy
• Queue Management
• Monitor IT Asset Management queue and provide updates to requesters, as appropriate
• Identify and fulfill "Tier 1" requests / task
