This is a remote position.
We’re hiring multiple Strategic Account Managers to join a leading national provider of liquid management and industrial solutions. These roles are ideal for experienced professionals or veterans with a background in strategic sales, industrial account management, or operations leadership who thrive in fast-paced, relationship-driven environments.
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will lead and expand key customer relationships, develop growth strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions across multiple industries—including energy, environmental, and infrastructure.
This is a remote position; candidates must live within two hours of a major airport in the Rockies area or West Coast.
Ideal candidates will have previous refinery and / or environmental sales experience.

Pay Range : $125,000 – $150,000 annually + annual incentive opportunity
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned strategic accounts across the U.S.
Develop and execute annual account plans focused on growth, profitability, and retention.
Establish and maintain relationships at multiple organizational levels within each customer.
Ensure contract consistency, pricing accuracy, and standardized scopes of work.
Collaborate with regional leadership, sales teams, and operations to align strategies and resources.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Prepare monthly and quarterly account performance reports.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Maintain travel and entertainment expenses within budget.
Promote a culture of safety, service, and operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field .
7–10 years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or account management.
Proven success managing multi-site or enterprise-level client relationships.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 25–50%.
Veterans with experience in sales, operations, or technical program management are highly encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within refinery, environmental, or industrial water management sectors .
Knowledge of hydraulics, pumping systems, irrigation, or liquid handling products .
Experience managing multiple product lines or service portfolios.
