This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an SMB Implementation Manager, Australia in the United States.

We are seeking a dynamic Implementation Manager to guide small and medium business customers through a structured 12-week onboarding and implementation program. In this role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring clients successfully adopt technology solutions that optimize their workflows. You will coordinate projects, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on training to help customers achieve their business goals. This position requires strong project management skills, critical thinking, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients. Accountabilities

  • Manage the end-to-end 12-week implementation process for SMB clients, ensuring timely go-live.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain project management documentation and materials.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may delay customer onboarding and adoption.
  • Conduct live working sessions, demonstrations, and training with clients to showcase best practices and product features.
  • Host check-ins, office hours, and one-on-one meetings with assigned accounts to provide ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to platform implementation and integrated applications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the Home Service industry or SaaS implementation.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience troubleshooting software issues.
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models is a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan software or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work adjusted core hours (approximately 10am–7pm PST) and willingness to travel to Australia as needed.
