Registered Nurse Triage

A company is looking for a Clinical Triage Nurse, RN.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with triage of inbound sick calls from patients, assessing symptoms and providing medical advice

Review clinical test results and summarize findings for providers

Educate patients and caregivers on health maintenance and coordinate care with the healthcare team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing education program as a Registered Nurse

Current valid RN license, with the ability to obtain and maintain licensure in all service states within 6 months

Completion of required nursing continuing education requirements

Strong comprehension of medical terminology and pharmaceuticals

Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
