Lighting Electrical Foreman

As a Foreman, you provide direction and training to Technicians which directly influences the end result of a project. Our Foreman contributions to the team include :
Promote and role model safe practices following all Centrica Business Solutions and OSHA guidelines and actively participate in and complete regular safety training.Assist with proper training of Lighting Technicians in all Centrica Business Solutions policies, procedures and practices, along with National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines.Provide clear and proper directions to team members and ensure appropriate project prioritization.Ensure that the jobsite is maintained to the highest standards to include : cleaned, prepared and all possible hazards eliminated.Provide a top-notch customer experience that leaves a lasting impression; always interact in a professional and respectful manner and go above and beyond expectations.Collaborate with team members to complete projects on?time.The core components of success are (i.e. must haves) :
At least 2 years of experience in a Foreman level role or construction managementAt least 5 years of experience in commercial electrical, lighting retrofit, and / or related experience or trainingPrevious experience with Safety planning and administrationAn ability to work varying shifts as needed to include nights, holidays, weekends and overtimeWillingness to Travel (Regional Travel 1-6 Weeks at a time 75%)The following are a definite plus, so if you've got it be sure to tell us!
Electrical Trade school or technical training (highly preferred)OSHA 10Experience with energy conservation lighting projectsMechanical experience and / or aptitudeThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00 / hr.
