Youll need to earn client trust, clearly explain each step of the process, and represent our company with professionalism and care.Act quickly to emergency calls.Conduct detailed inspections to determine the extent of damageProvide exceptional customer service, building rapport, and keeping clients informed and reassured throughout the process. Confidently explain the steps of the mitigation process and negotiate client approval for the project.Utilize industry-leading techniques and equipment to mitigate loss.Maintain accurate records of all work performed and communicate effectively with team members and clients. Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates.What Were Looking For : Minimum 2 years experience in mitigation services is required. Construction knowledge is a plus.Strong communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism. Ability to make a personalized connection with clients.Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player.
