Compensation and Incentives
- Proven earning potential of $450,000 with competitive base salary + additional lucrative bonuses
- Up to $300,000 in recruitment incentives including signing bonus, retention, relocation stipend
- $3,000 monthly residency stipend
- 4-day clinic week; patient volume in the mid-teens
