Plant Manager

Trillium has an immediate Direct Hire opening for a Plant Manager with an established manufacturing company in Aurora, IL!

The Plant Manager will oversee the daily operations within the plant and ensure manufacturing runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets quality standards. This will also include managing staff, maintaining equipment, and meeting production goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Ensure production processes are running efficiently and meeting quality control standards.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Manage production staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot production issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and maintenance as needed.
  • Prepare production reports for senior management.

This position will be working on-site at the Aurora location. Flexible hours as needed for production, but generally working 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.

Salary range will be $110-120,000 annually depending on experience. Great direct hire opportunity offering full benefits package, paid time off, insurance, and 401K!

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in production management.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in production management software.
  • Any experience with metal fabrication or welding is a plus but not required.
