Research Assistant

Job Description

Andes Clinical Research is seeking a motivated Research Assistant to support our clinical trial operations. Prior clinical research experience is not required—we will provide full training. However, we are looking for someone with a strong clinical background, ideally with phlebotomy skills and experience as a Medical Assistant, CMA, or similar health role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to enter the research industry and grow with a fast-moving, mission-driven clinical research site.

Preferred Background

✅ Phlebotomy certification or strong blood draw experience

✅ Experience as a Medical Assistant, CNA, or in outpatient clinical care

✅ Detail-oriented, punctual, and comfortable with structured procedures

✅ Strong communication and patient-care demeanor

✅ Willing to learn clinical research processes and grow into advanced responsibilities
