  • Starting Nursing Assistant wage | $21.00 / hour
  • Shift Differential | up to $1.00 / hour

Job Requirements :

  • No prior nursing or medical experience is required
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
  • Must be able to pass MN Background Check

    • Position Overview :

  • Provide hands-on personal care
  • Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts.
  • Enhance residents' quality of life through communication, interaction, and support with daily activities + more!

    • All-inclusive Comprehensive Training & CNA Certification

  • CNA training program = 75 hours
  • Hybrid program : training is online and in-person
  • Training wage | $15.25 / hour
