The shift for this position is Monday through Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm Mountain. Prompt attendance is required. This is a 100% onsite role at a client site in Denver, CO, with frequent travel to other locations within Denver as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance and provide exceptional support via in person, phone, email, and chat, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Tier 1 and 2 technical issues related to desktop hardware and common software applications.
  • Able to multi-task in busy environments.
  • Log all technical issues in the ConnectWise ticketing system and update cases with detailed notes until resolution.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client environments, issue resolution steps, and time / expense tracking.
  • Understand ticket priority and direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Exhibit strong time management, ensuring requests are handled promptly while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality service.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs., pull cables, tie wires, crawl on floors to reach equipment, and load equipment for transport between sites.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in the following technologies : Active Directory / M365 Administration, Windows OS, Remote Desktop, VPN clients, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams, and other O365 tools; Microsoft Intune (Imaging and Deployment); strong documentation and inventory management.
  • Networking : VPN configuration and basic troubleshooting; End-User Support for common IT issues; Hardware / Software management for printers, PCs, peripherals, and cloud services (Office 365, Azure).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain comprehensive documentation of assets.
  • Certifications (highly desirable) : CompTIA A+ and Network+; Microsoft 365 and Windows Server certifications (e.g., MS-900, MD-102, AZ-900, AZ-140, AZ-800, 801).
  • Pay and Benefits

    This is a full-time position located in Denver, CO with some local travel. Estimated Starting Salary / Wage Range : $30.00-$33.00 hourly , with variations based on experience and qualifications.
