Supplier Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a Supplier Maintenance Specialist for an open-ended contract role. This position is part-time, requiring 5 days a week for 4 hours each day, with a total of 20-30 hours per week depending on the workload. The role involves setting up new suppliers or cosigners to facilitate payments and manage supplier information.

Responsibilities

• Set up new suppliers or cosigners to ensure they can be paid.
• Verify banking information accurately.
• Process invoices received through Accounts Payable or from auctions.
• Maintain attention to detail in all tasks.
• Learn and use multiple systems, including Oracle.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Resolve any arising issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Work Environment

This role requires working in-office with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid or remote setup if the contract extends beyond September. It is an open-ended contract offering flexibility and the potential for long-term engagement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
