The location in Washington Court House, Ohio is seeking talent to fill the Entry Level Laborer Production Position.

Entry-Level Laborer (Backstand Technician)

Starting Pay : $24.09 / hr + $1.50 / hr Shift Premium Shifts : 7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM AND 7 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM | 12-hour rotating shifts | 24 / 5 Operation Monday Friday. Contact us for more details on scheduling and hours. Full-Time | Entry-Level

As a Backstand Technician, you'll play a critical role in converting large paper roll stock into cut-size paper, preparing materials, operating machinery, and keeping your workspace clean and efficient. This is a growth-focused position. You'll be expected to advance to Material Handler within 69 months of your hire date.

Key Responsibilities

• Roll stripping, prepping and loading.
• Operate cutting or other hand tools and perform physical lifting safely.
• Follow written or electronic operating procedures.
• Maintain general housekeeping standards and basic maintenance duties.
• Work safely and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Progression Opportunity Material Handler (within 69 months) :

New Rate : $25.19 / hr + $1.50 / hr Shift Premium
