Superintendent - K-12 / Commercial Projects - DC Metro
The Superintendent - K-12 / Commercial Projects - DC Metro will be responsible for :
- Lead on-site execution of ground-up construction projects valued at $20M or more
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site with strict adherence to OSHA standards
- Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors and trades to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Develop and maintain construction schedules, logistics plans, and look-ahead forecasts
- Conduct daily site walks and progress meetings; resolve field issues quickly and professionally
- Communicate consistently with project managers, clients, and design teams
- Oversee quality control, inspections, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications

The Superintendent - K-12 / Commercial Projects - DC Metro will have :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up constructionExperience with $20M+ projects in sectors such as schools, healthcare, multifamily, or public buildingsOSHA 30 CertificationStrong leadership, scheduling, and communication skillsProficient in construction software and reporting toolsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferredThe Superintendent - K-12 / Commercial Projects - DC Metro will receive :
