CNC Machine Operator

Staffmark is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator in West Hartford, CT! If you have at least three years of CNC milling experience and are ready for a fresh start, join a collaborative team producing high-quality firearm components.

Pay : $32.17 / hr

Shift : 3rd Shift | 11 : 42 PM - 6 : 42 AM | Sunday-Friday

Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to engineering specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to optimize machining processes
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure smooth operation
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance
• Troubleshoot machining issues efficiently
