We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team in Kansas City. This role will focus on creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation within ServiceNow Knowledge Management, ensuring content is clear, accurate, and accessible both to technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, guides, and knowledgebase articles in ServiceNow Knowledge Management.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
- Ensure documentation adheres to company style guides and quality standards.
- Format, edit, and proofread content using Adobe Pro / Standard and Microsoft Office 365.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support documentation needs for processes, software, and IT systems.
- Continuously review and improve documentation for clarity, accessibility, and effectiveness.
Requirements
This is a 12+ month contract opportunity with our Kansas City, KS client. Employee benefits include Medical / Dental Benefits, Paid time off, Paid Holidays, and 401(k). H1-B Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
