Pay Information

$1,738 per week

About The Position

Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapy Specialist

Job Specialty : Speech Therapist

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Monday to Friday, Days

Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week

Experience : New graduates are welcome; SNF experience preferred

License : State License Verification required

Certifications : None specified

Must-Have :

  • Prescreen filled out and attached
  • Resume and license verification attached
  • COVID test 72 hours before the start date with results issued 48 hours prior

Job Description :

  • Ensure candidate prescreen is completed and attached
  • Attach resume and license verification
  • Conduct state license verification
  • Provide three references
  • Undergo county criminal background check (7 years for all counties lived and worked)
  • Undergo federal criminal background check (7 years or more)
  • Conduct a multi-state criminal search (7 years or more)
  • Complete a nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more)
  • Undergo Health and Human Services / OIG search
  • Complete GSA search
  • Provide Social Security Number Trace
  • Complete 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or provide proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray
  • Perform SAM search
