A company is looking for an eTime Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the Time & Attendance Manager to understand the client's setup and support expectations
Provide part-time, remote support to eTime users, addressing inquiries from employees and managers
Ensure timely resolution of inquiries by working independently and coordinating with the payroll team
Required Qualifications :
Experience with ADP eTime
Experience with ADP Vantage is a plus
Familiarity with issue tracking and / or ticketing systems is a plus
