Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges in real time. Effective communication and organizational skills. Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work on uneven surfaces for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching required. Must be able to operate heavy equipment and perform manual labor in outdoor conditions. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required in designated areas. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily operations in the pit and primary areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Monitor equipment and production processes to maintain optimal performance.
- Support and enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and operational policies.
- Train and guide team members to build capability and ensure task readiness.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues and improve operations.
