Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements : Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
  • Certifications Requirements : ACLS, BLS, TNCC; NRP (can be completed on-site)
  • Experience Requirements : Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg and OB experience; prior critical access experience preferred
  • Other Requirements : Strong communication skills; ability to work independently; flexibility to adapt to community needs; reliable transportation; multitasking and team collaboration skills

  • Provide comprehensive patient care in medical-surgical and obstetric units, ensuring safety, comfort, and positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, adjusting as needed based on patient condition.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, respond to changes promptly, and administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Document patient progress, treatments, and any incidents accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
