Job Duties :

• Study patients' charts, medication regimens, and test results upon admission to the Progressive Care Unit.
• Track routine vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse oximetry measurements.
• Interpret measurements from specialized medical equipment.
• Monitor and administer prescribed medication, including titration of drug doses.
• Perform diagnostic assessments on changes in measurements and implement designated interventions.
• Report deteriorating conditions to healthcare specialists and follow intervention instructions.
• Update and maintain ward charts, patient files, and medical records.
• Oversee nursing assistants and support staff in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Explain treatments and procedures to patients and their families, addressing any questions.

Job Requirements :

License / Certification :

Certification : Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
