Pay : $18.50+ per hour.

Pay Type : Hourly, bi-weekly.

Work Setting : In-Office.

Seasonal Dates of Employment : Today through 11 / 30 / 2025.

Flexible Work Schedules : 15-30+ hours per week. You will work with the Manager to create a work schedule that works for you.

Available Work Locations (all in Wisconsin) : Burlington, Cottage Grove, Fall River, Osseo.

Seasonal Customer Solutions Specialist Essential Responsibilities :

ALCIVIA is looking for a Seasonal Customer Solutions Specialist to join our Grain Business Unit. In this position, you will be a part of our Grain Customer Service Team and work on administrative tasks within our computer system while trucks are driving up to the vehicle weight-scale while they are entering / leaving our facility location. The primary administrative tasks within our computer systems include : weighing trucks, product sample testing, generating scale tickets, and communicating with the truck drivers through the speaker system. This position is responsible for providing effective customer support for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-department knowledge of ALCIVIA products and services as well as communicating effectively with team members throughout ALCIVIA. On-the-job training will be provided. This is an active position that requires you to stand for long periods of time.
