Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Locum Tenens Opportunity Near Redding, CA We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a locum tenens assignment near Redding, CA. The position is available ASAP and will be ongoing, providing stability for the right candidate. Key Details : Start Date : ASAPEnd Date : OngoingCoverage Type : Scheduled clinical hours only (No Call)Practice Setting : OutpatientShift Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PMEMR System : Epic Responsibilities : Patient Volume : The physician will be expected to see a minimum of 18 patients per day, including a mix of pediatric and adult patients. For Internal Medicine physicians, adult patients only will be considered.Chronic Pain Management : Some chronic pain management is included in the scope of care.Chart Closure : All charts must be closed within 72 hours of patient encounters to ensure compliance with facility standards. Qualifications : Board Certification : Candidates must be Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Board-Eligible candidates will also be considered if within five years of residency.Required Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS)Licensing Requirements : Candidates must hold an active California medical license. There will be no reimbursement for licensing costs.DEA License : An active DEA license is required before the start of the assignment.
