This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to ensure operational excellence across all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead all aspects of store operations, including staffing, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management

Ensure operational efficiency, including inventory management, merchandising, and adherence to company standards

Drive financial performance by meeting or exceeding sales, profitability, and operational targets

Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, courtesy, and ethical judgment

Foster a positive, high-performing team culture through coaching, mentoring, and clear communication

Collaborate with leadership across MML to align operational priorities and brand standards

Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, brands, systems, and procedures

Serve as a visible presence on the floor and lead by example in customer service and operational excellence

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in hospitality or luxury retail

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Spanish language skills are a plus

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and self-motivation

Proven ability to manage budgets, drive profitability, and lead high-performing teams

Physical Requirements :

Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands / fingers to handle objects or tools

Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds

Vision requirements : close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, ability to adjust focus

Work environment noise level is usually moderate
