Location : Work from Home, Madison, Ridgeland MS. Must be able to meet in person occasionally.

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary : $17 / pr hour

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and motivated Entry-Level Project Manager to join our team. This is an ideal position for a recent college graduate who is eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment. No prior project management experience is required—just a strong work ethic, the ability to think critically, and the drive to stay on top of details.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and track project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Communicate regularly with internal teams and stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve issues proactively.

Organize project documentation, reports, and schedules in a clear and accessible way.

Anticipate potential risks or roadblocks and escalate when necessary.

Support senior project managers and department leads by handling day-to-day project activities.

Contribute ideas and solutions to improve processes and project outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college required.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Proactive, hardworking, and eager to take initiative.

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
