Job Description :

There are openings for Physical Therapist I and Physical Therapist II . The Physical Therapist position is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients in the Acute Care and Acute Rehab settings. The Physical Therapist provides services within VA Licensure, TJC and CMS guidelines for patient care and billing for services.

Requirements :

FOR PT I :

Graduate of an accredited PT program

Current Va PT licensure or license eligible. BLS CPR Certification

FOR PT II :

Required Education : Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Required Experience : At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist I if advancing from Physical Therapist I to Physical Therapist II. 2 or more years of experience if being hired into Physical Therapist II.

Required Licensure / Certifications : Current VA PT license. Basic Life Support certification.

Preferred Experience : Has an identified Specialty Area.
