This is a focused litigation support role ideal for an attorney who thrives on research and writing. You will be at the core of our case-building process helping landlords protect their rights through well-argued motions and persuasive opposition work.

Responsibilities

• Draft oppositions to motions to quash, demurrers, motions to strike, motions for summary judgment, applications for order staying execution or motions to set aside the judgment.
• Prepare affirmative motions including motions for summary judgment, motions to compel further discovery, and motions for judgment on the pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and draft supporting memoranda.
• Collaborate with trial attorneys to support ongoing litigation strategy.
