We are seeking a Biomedical Engineering Technician (CBET) to support our Lincolnshire, IL operations. This role is responsible for the testing, troubleshooting, repair, parting-out, and refurbishing of diagnostic imaging equipment. The position requires strong multi-modality experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair diagnostic imaging equipment
• Perform parting-out and harvesting of equipment and subcomponents for resale; ensure accurate documentation and labeling of all parts
• Conduct refurbishing and quality checks on imaging equipment in accordance with OEM and ISO 13485 standards
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory data
• Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure timely processing of incoming equipment and preparation for customer delivery
• Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and quality standards, including ESD-safe practices
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and workspace in proper working condition
• Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times
