Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting ServiceNow environments
- 7+ years exp with Cloud Administration and Operation
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow security policies, roles, and access controls
- Proficiency in conducting routine health assessments and implementing system updates
