Delivery Coordinator / Automotive Product Specialist
As vehicles are getting more and more technologically advanced and customer service is becoming even more critical Mohawk Auto Group is in need of a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to assist our clients in a professional and dynamic delivery process. The ideal candidate is technology-oriented and has exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Communicate in's and outs of vehicle to customers
- Expert in all facets of vehicle information and features
- Assist sales department in sales process
- Provide customers with all vehicle information required by manufacturer
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Ensure all vehicles have fuel, required stickers / buyers guide and are in good condition
- Inspects vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice / addendum
- Ensuring inventory is cleaned, presentable, and properly displaying disclaimers and vehicle information
- Performs other duties as assigned
