How You'll Shine :

• Assist with the preparation of tax return work papers to support tax returns including apportionment information.
• Compile and prepare supporting documentation for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement tax calculations, including but not limited to the tax provision, deferred taxes and tax journal entries.
• Participate in federal and state tax audits by gathering requested documentation, preparing supporting work papers and drafting responses.
• Assist with the filing of Informational reporting such as 1099 and 1098
• Assist with maintenance of an updated tax calendar for all types of returns and reporting
• Prepare multijurisdictional sales, use, excise, gross receipts, and tax returns and payments with supporting schedules, reconciliations and other documentation as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
