Founded in 1897, Piedmont University is a private, comprehensive liberal arts university with an enrollment of approximately 2,000 students at campuses in Demorest and Athens, Georgia.
The Undergraduate Admissions Advisor is responsible for planning and implementing a diversity recruitment program to meet Piedmont University's enrollment goals. Reporting to the Director of Undergraduate Admissions, the advisor will be responsible for recruiting, admitting and enrolling a talented and diverse group of students. This position includes travel to areas where Piedmont has been successful in attracting qualified students as well as developing potential new markets. The position includes general admissions advisor duties, application review and decision making.
The individual will make presentations to prospective families during scheduled campus visits, will assist with on-campus and off-campus events and will perform other duties as assigned by the director.

Typical Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field required. Demonstrated student recruitment experience preferred. Experience with Colleague and CRM desired.
Valid Georgia Driver's License (or obtained within 30 days of hire date) and satisfactory MVR.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Ellucian experience preferred, Salesforce / Target X experience preferred; Graphics and design experience helpful. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
