Facility Maintenance Worker, Part Time - ADC Garden City

Facilities Maintenance Position

This position is part-time, working less than 29 hours per week. This position will be located at the Air Dominance Center, Savannah, GA.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Under minimal supervision this position will :

• Assist with inventory and control of over 870 dorm room keys and auditoriums for approximately 197,252 sq ft.
• Maintain and stock equipment and supplies.
• Responsible for upkeep of landscaping and trash removal.
• Operate power cleaning equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, such as unclog toilets, clearing sink, and water fountain drains.
• Assist skilled trade workers when required.
