As a Telecommunications Operator, you will operate radio, telephone, and computer equipment to respond to emergency and non-emergency calls. You'll be the first point of contact for individuals in need, relaying vital information to law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical personnel. Key Responsibilities :

• Answer and process 911 emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Dispatch police, fire, public works, and emergency response personnel as needed.
• Operate computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems to log service calls.
• Monitor security cameras and access systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by interfacing with the public and other agencies.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
• Process driver's license and automobile tag histories for officers.
