Job Description

As a Security Professional - Distribution Site Patrol - Evening Shifts in Suwanee, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading logistics and distribution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your presence at the front desk will help to deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment. You will play a key role in monitoring access, assisting with inquiries, and upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assist with the management of deliveries and shipments, coordinating with logistics personnel as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Communicate professionally with staff and visitors to address inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and / or site management.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity through attentive presence and adherence to protocols.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
