- Assist with the production implementation and support of new and existing technologies
- Maintain a high level of customer service by answering business partners' calls, emails, and instant messages
- Direct interaction with business partners to identify, research, document, design solutions and resolve issues
- Responsible for learning and providing contributions by understanding technical functionality, usability, design, security, and operation of supported systems
- Independently and collaboratively research complex solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders as well as business objectives to technical teams across the organization

What you will need to be successful :
- Bachelor's degree with a preference in technology, science, engineering, or a math-related field, or equivalent work experience
- Relevant internship or experience in an IT customer service, IT support, or IT troubleshooting role, or related experience is recommended
- Strong technical and engineering mindset focusing on root cause analysis, and the ability to own a problem or situation from start to finish
- Possess strong problem-solving and big picture / conceptual skills
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making, communication, and time management skills are required
- Must have the desire and ability to learn new technology and continuously grow
