Join to apply for the Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role at Finni Health (YC W23)

Finni is looking for a Full-time BT / RBT. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. You'll work one-on-one with our patients' families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child's home setting and community
  • Collect and record data on child behaviors
  • Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst
  • Attend team meetings

    • What You\'ll Need

  • Minimum high-school degree or equivalent — ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field
  • Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Active CPR Certification
  • Willingness to become RBT certified within a specific time frame

    • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods
  • Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods

    Job Details

  • Job Type : Full-time
  • Pay : $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
  • Benefits : Dental insurance, Health insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday
  • CPR Certification (Required)
  • RBT Certification (Preferred)
  • Work Location : In person

    • To protect our clients and their families, this position requires a background check. Successful candidates will receive a conditional offer of employment, with a final confirmation to start pending the satisfactory results of the screening.
