job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPatient Demographics : Adults with oncologic and hematologic malignancies Patient Volume / Census : patients / day Case Mix : All disease types (oncologic and hematologic) EMR System : Epic Office Equipment Available : TBD Specialty Backup Available : TBD Support Staff Available : TBD Reason for Coverage : Coverage Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Temporary Privileges Available : TBD Credentialing Timeline : 90 days Rate : TBD Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : Sign and monitor chemotherapy infusion patients Establish care for new oncologic and hematologic malignancies Follow-up office visits Licenses : Active South Carolina license required Certifications : Board Eligible (within 5 years) Experience : Fellowship required Other Qualifications : EPIC training Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care Conduct follow-up visits and new patient evaluations Monitor and sign off on chemotherapy treatments Manage care for a broad spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions Complete administrative work remotely on Thursdays
