Tax Manager

Hybrid Tax Manager - $140K to $180K + 401(k) + Health Benefits

Location : Hybrid Flexibility (Remote & Onsite Options)

Position : Tax Manager

Salary : $140,000 to $180,000 + Annual Bonus, Profit Sharing Plan

What You'll Be Doing

Review and manage complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients
Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering growth and development
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service

What You Need for This Position

CPA license

5+ years of experience in public accounting or tax advisory

Strong understanding of federal and state tax codes

Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead teams

Bachelors degree in accounting or related major
