We are looking for a skilled Digital Strategist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and executing impactful digital campaigns that align with brand standards and drive client engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and compliance partners to optimize digital strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Develop engaging content to nurture prospects and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, and events.
- Ensure all digital touchpoints deliver a cohesive and compliant experience, guiding prospects through the client journey.
- Conduct keyword research and integrate priority keywords into web and content assets to enhance visibility.
- Create messaging and content that aligns with brand guidelines and adheres to compliance standards.
- Partner with external media and creative agencies to implement campaign concepts and refine targeting strategies.
- Review creative assets, ad copy, and targeting strategies to ensure alignment with campaign goals and compliance requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance using engagement and conversion data, recommending optimizations to improve results.
- Utilize data-driven insights and marketing automation tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, ideally in consumer-facing financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.
- Proven ability to craft compelling copy across various digital formats, including email and ad copy.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research to optimize content.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with digital content and strategy best practices in regulated industries.
